I ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! Ms. Sheena and Mr. Justin were so incredibly helpful when it came to fixing my car. I had just moved 10 hrs away and they were so reassuring on making sure I was taken care of! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

had an excellent experience at Pep Boys. The entire process was professional, straightforward, and easy from start to finish. The service team replaced my brakes and rotors and also completed an oil change, and the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I especially want to recognize Donna, Sheena, and Don for their outstanding customer service. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. From answering my questions to assisting with checkout, they were professional and genuinely pleasant to work with. A special thank you to Aiden, who worked on my truck. The repairs were completed correctly, and it was clear that he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail. It’s reassuring to know your vehicle is being serviced by someone who is skilled and professional. It’s not always easy to find an automotive service center that combines quality workmanship with great customer service, but this Pep Boys location delivered on both. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable vehicle maintenance and repairs.

The staff was kind and very helpful, and talked me through the whole process and for a solution that will help me in the long run. Not only did they explain to me the problem they also walked me to my care and help me know what to look for to prevent and catch the problem before it gets worse. I had a great experience at Pep Boys! They were able to get me in the very next day and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The team was very detailed in their inspection and explained everything clearly. I also appreciated that they called to go over pricing so there were no surprises. Everyone was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for honest and efficient service!

I went in to get 4 tires installed on my car and also got an alignment done. When completed I drove on the interstate and noticed there was a vibration at 70-75mph. About 2 days later I went back inside and explained the issue and the technician found there was a tire that was out of balance. When I got my keys and went to get inside I noticed grease/oil stains all over BOTH front seats of my car. I went back inside and explained what I found and it wasn’t acceptable, the technician who was still standing there at the desk replies “well I’m not the cleanest person in the world.” Just the day before I got the tires put on I had my car professionally detailed that costed me $300 for about 5-6 hours of hard work I paid someone to perform just to be ruined by a lousy technician who doesn’t respect others properties and terrible attitude. My car doesn’t just have regular leather seats or cloth they are suede so it has to be cleaned very particularly. The wheel lock for the wheels were also covered in grease and was just sitting on the front seat. My car is also low in the front and the technician pulled it into the spot in front of the door with the bumper just sitting on the sidewalk w
